In every situation there can be many sides to a story. In a 2 person confrontation there are 3 sides to the situation, person a's, person b's, and reality...
For righteousness you have to take into account that the group that wins is the one to right the story. Take the American Declaration of Independence, to Americans the declaration was righteous however to England it was unjust that the colonists wanted to break away from England.
So remember before jumping to conclusion or accepting things at face value do a bit of research and see if you can find the reality.
